PlanIt provides a family meal planning service accessible at useplanit.app. We offer both a free tier and paid subscription tiers. Features available on each tier are described on the website.
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your password secure. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. One person may not create multiple accounts to circumvent free tier limits.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at signup. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods except where required by UK consumer law.
We offer a free tier with limited features. We reserve the right to change the features available on the free tier at any time with reasonable notice to existing users.
You may use PlanIt for personal, household meal planning purposes. You may not:
Use PlanIt for any unlawful purpose; attempt to reverse engineer or copy the service; share your account credentials with others outside your household; or use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the service.
You own the data you enter into PlanIt. We do not claim any rights over your meal plans, recipes, or household information. See our Privacy Policy for full details of how we handle your data.
Recipes and content provided by PlanIt as part of the service remain our intellectual property. You may use them for personal meal planning but may not republish or sell them.
We aim to keep PlanIt available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We will endeavour to give notice of planned downtime.
PlanIt is a meal planning tool. We are not responsible for any dietary or health outcomes arising from use of the service. Nutritional information provided is indicative only and should not substitute professional dietary advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
